Lil’ Lotus Yoga: Yoga For Kids

Lil Lotus Yoga is a unique, fun, and creative yoga practice created specifically for kids and adolescents. My classes allow kids of all ages to develop a love for yoga by introducing and working on poses with a sense of play and curiosity. Lil Lotus Yogis become more comfortable with their bodies, develop self-confidence and self-esteem, and find joy in movement. They learn breathing techniques to create a sense of relaxation or energy. Active imaginations are valued and essential elements of their practice and laughter abounds.

Equally important, Li l Lotus Yogis also learn how to relax and release negative emotions in a safe and comforting environment. Through yoga, our yogis learn how to respect and love not only themselves, but also every person they encounter.

Just like adult yogis, Lil Lotus Yogis develop physical strength, open hearts, and peaceful minds. My deepest hope is the all my little yogis leave class with a smile on their face and in their heart, ready to greet everyone they encounter with love.
