My TV Debut: What Pleasure and Stress Have to Do With Your Relationship to Your Body and Food

Well, my dear….I haven’t made it to Oprah’s OWN Network just yet…

BUT…

I DID make it on to Time Warner Cable ☺.

I am so excited to share with you my TV debut on an episode of “Get Fit.”

As part of my mission to spread the good news of how to have a loving, compassionate, and nourishing relationship with body and food to as many people as possible, I am particularly thrilled to get the message out in this format.

On this episode, I shared :

-What the heck a body-food relationship means and how to create a positive one

-How to get the most from every meal, naturally regulate appetite, and enhance your metabolism

– Why Joyful Movement rules and why workouts you hate put you in “fat storing mode”

– How to think about Pleasurable Foods and why chocolate cake isn’t the enemy

– The inner dialogue that can lead to metabolic havoc or happiness (your choice!)

Here are the two clips of my interview:

I so appreciate you taking time to view and I truly hope you get some valuable insights!

In the comments below, I’d love if you could share with me your biggest takeaway from the interview. What is one actionable step you will take to move your body-food relationship in a positive direction?

And as always, I would be thrilled if you could share this post with your community.

Sending love,
