The 20 for 30 Move Your Body Challenge!

(Yep, that’s me, age 5, dancing my buns off at a wedding. I always loved to move my body and I want to help you reignite the body moving love too! Read on!)

Today is April 1st, the beginning of my favorite month. Spring is HERE and there is a sense of renewal in the air…so it feels like the perfect time for me to give you an amazing challenge., if you are game. Please read on!!

Next Monday, it will officially be my 36th year of life. I am a total birthday lover. That’s really my New Year, the time of year when start taking stock of what I did with one more year of life and what I want to bring in for the very next one that I am so blessed to have…and how I can contribute more.

One thing I always come back to is YOU.
How I can be of more service to you? How can I help you make greater peace with your body and with food? How can I help you create a life that you can’t wait to start each day and feel fueled to live?

So to get this party started right, I want to bring back the 20 for 30 Challenge (I did this way back in 2011) , starting today, April 1st.

What exactly is it?

It means you will commit to moving every day for the next 30 days for at least 20 minutes a day. Yes, you can move that beautiful body for more than 20 minutes but 20 is the minimum.


Walking, jumping, dancing, sprinting, swimming, pole dancing, biking, whatever…it’s all allowed!

The only catch is that it has to be something you love, something that lights you up, and makes you feel empowered. So, that means ZERO body hating exercises or workouts. I’m serious about this. Only move in ways that you love and create self-love.

Movement, my dear, is a way to play in this body you are so lucky to have.

Can you dig that?

By the end of 30 days, my hope for you is that you will feel more aligned with your body, more at home in your body, and more loving to your body, too. And by committing to body loving, joyful movement, you’ll be feeding the good voice, the one that says you are enough, you are beautiful and amazing now..no need to shame or hate yourself to having a body you love. That’s never the way,my dear.

When we move our bodies, amazing shifts happen internally. I’ve seen it happen with myself and my clients. I can’t wait to hear about your progress and what shifts in your life.
